Lesson 4 Part 2: The Helpers of the Secret Annexe

Five people helped the people living in the Secret Annexe. They are:

1. Mr. Voskuijl - In Diary Entry 2, Anne mentions that he built the bookshelf that hides the entrance to the Annexe.

2. Mr. Victor Kugler - Same as above.

3. Ms. Bep Voskuijl - She joins the inhabitants of the Annexe for dinner in Diary Entry 3.

4. Ms. Miep Gies - Anne mentions her in Diary Entry 4. Her husband, Jan Gies, argues with the Annexe inhabitants in Diary Entry 4 as well.

5. Mr. Joseph Kleiman - Mentioned in Diary Entry 4. Someone suggests that Kleiman and his family hide in the Annexe as well if Holland is flooded.
