Lesson 2 Part 2: The War in Singapore

In February 1942, the Japanese, who were allies of the Germans, invaded Singapore.

The Japanese occupation that followed was a brutal one, and many living in Singapore were cruelly tortured and killed.

Imagine you are a 12-year-old child living in Singapore during this time. You decide to hide from the Japanese army.

In a NEW POST, answer the following questions:

1a. Where would you try to hide from the Japanese? In which part of Singapore - what kind of building, or in an outdoor location? Why would you choose this place?

1b. What resources would you need, and how would you get them?

    U ASK ME WHERE I M GOING TO HIDE????
    OF COURSE I GO to my fav place with hidden place or somthing then hide there with all my game console....

    I would hide in a deserted place cos nobody would go looking there.Food ar...look for food by myself when i'm hungry
